Cost Center Lookup Query

This is a query in PeopleSoft Finance that allows a user to view a list of active and inactive status cost centers, and the details associated with them such as speed type, cost center manager, department manager, effective date, and active/inactive status of each chartfield value.

Navigation

Once logged into PeopleSoft Finance:

Go to Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

Search for Query Name: UHS_CC_LOOKUP

Enter "00784" in Business Unit field

Enter desired chartfield values in fields (Fund, Dept, Program, Project)

If all values are desired in a field, enter "%"

Enter desired value in Speed Type field - Likely "%"

Enter desired Cost Center Manager Employee ID or "%"
