The Web and Publications team within the Student Success and Student Life Division is committed to delivering comprehensive technical support, instructional design services, and marketing materials to staff and administration. Centered on uploading unified branding standards and ensuring accessibility, our team works collaboratively across departments to cultivate and manage websites, marketing materials, and digital forms. Through timely training and ongoing support, we strive to elevate the university’s digital footprint and enhance student engagement.

We are dedicated to helping departments within the Division of 3SL develop effective, integrated marketing strategies for their events and initiatives. We partner with you to ensure your message aligns seamlessly with the university's brand. Branding is about more than aesthetics—it’s about delivering a consistent, impactful message across all platforms. Our university’s brand represents our commitment to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the wider community. In every marketing effort, we uphold and amplify the university’s identity.

Our goal is to enhance the visibility of your programs and boost engagement by focusing on the university’s core values. We collaborate with you to develop tailored marketing strategies, combining your unique mission with data-driven insights.

Our support includes:

  • Photography: Photography for events, candid, portraits, headshots, structure, stock, social media, etc.
  • Videography: Events, choreography, action, stock, training, social media, etc.
  • Promotional Items: Design and create graphics for promo items and place orders.
  • Printing Services: Create, design, and prepare large-scale prints.
  • Data Analytics: Create and schedule website and social media analytic reports for departments. Apps: Siteimprove, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc. (Lead: Monica for the website & Lorenzo for social media)
  • Digital Signage: Management of digital signage around campus, creating graphics and scheduling posts.
  • Application Support: Apps: Asana, Campus Groups, Localist Calendar, Benchmark (newsletter), Formstack, SmartSheets, Qualtrics, Hootsuite, Canva, Zoom, Site Improve, SmugMug, Adobe Creative Cloud.   
  • Newsletters/ Handbook: Create and manage handbooks, handbooks, or any online interactive PDF’s.
  • Social MediaMarketing campaigns, storytelling, reels, posts, collaborations, providing multimedia for departments, strategic planning, etc.
  • Web Support: Manage CMS, web edits and updates, create new pages, web design, HTML & Bootstrap coding, web hierarchy, create online applications for website, online surveys, etc.
  • Digital Marketing: Design and create flyers, handouts, postcards, pamphlets, banners, cards, billboards, and any digital or print marketing materials.
  • Online Forms: Application support for online forms and surveys. Apps: Formstack, Smartsheets, Qualtrics, etc. 
  • Copywrite: Create copywrite materials for websites, social media, articles, and newsletters.

While we provide expert guidance on strategy, departments are responsible for implementing these plans. Rest assured, we are here to support you every step of the way.
