Password Assistance

Change/Retrieve Your Network Account Password

1. Go to the login page.

2. Log in by entering your username (ex: GatorE1 or GatorE) and click Login/Update Password

3. Enter your password and click Login/Update Password.

4. Complete the Duo authentication process

    • For first time users, please view the Duo setup instructions.

5. At the top of the page, click the drop-down arrow next to your name (represented by the person icon): Account Dropdown Screenshot

6. Select Change Password, enter the required information, and click Save to update your password.

2. Follow the on-screen prompts to receive a temporary password.

Updating PeopleSoft Account Password

1. Go to the PeopleSoft login page.

2. Select MyUHD icon before attempting to login.

3. Enter your seven digit ID number and password, and click Sign In.

4. Click on the Personal Information tile.

5. From the left-hand menu, select Change My Password.

6. Complete the required fields and click the Change Password button.

  • Faculty and Staff: Please contact Human Resources (HR) (713)221-8060.
  • Students: Please reach out to Admissions to check your enrollment status at (713)221-8522 or via email at uhdadmit@uhd.edu.

  • Faculty and Staff: Submit your official name change with the Human Resources Department (HR).
  • Students: Complete and submit  Student Information Update Form to the Registrar's office or call (713)221-8999.
