We will start the semester with BYO Quesadillas

- Choice of Cheese - Cheddar Jack Shredded Mix or Vegan Cheddar Cheese
- Choice of One Filling - Fajita Style Peppers and Onions, Black Beans, Roasted Corn, Roasted Mushrooms or Pinto
- Beans (upcharge for more than one)
- Choice of 2 Sides - Guacamole, Sour Cream, Jalapenos, Pico de Gallo, Salsa, Salsa Verde, Cilantro (upcharge for more than 2)
